O produtor dos filmes da saga “Crepúsculo”, Wyck Godfrey, deu uma superentrevista para o site USA Today em que ele entrega vários detalhes de “Amanhecer”, como a divisão entre as partes 1 e 2 do filme, além de cenas mais picantes e detalhes da gravação.Ele revelou que é na primeira parte que rola o casamento entre Bella (Kirsten Stewart) e Edward (Robert Pattinson), a lua de mel e o nascimento de Renesmee, filha do casal. “A primeira parte vai cobrir o casamento, a lua de mel e o nascimento. O filme termina pouco antes de ela embarcar em sua transformação sobrenatural”, diz Wyck. Segundo o site USA Today, a equipe de produção do filme está preocupada em gravar cenas adequadas para todo tipo de público, sem que se preocupem com a idade mínima. Para isso, os momentos mais quentes e sombrios estão sendo feitos com mais cuidado. “Esta parte é baseada em um livro muito mais maduro. Precisamos progredir e ser mais sofisticados.”
